Alex, I love the way in which you perform the music...when you asked me why I bought the two cds that I bought (slow jams and guitar music) I made an attempt to answer you; unfortunately, I was not able to find the words to my satisfaction at that time. Here is another attempt. Listening to you play evoke strong feelings within me and I find them pleasurable. You play soul music. Not the soul music used to categorize a certain type of music but the type of soul music that allows the mind/body/and heart to wonder at the possibilities.

Alex, You are one of the most influental guitarists that I have ever met. Listening to you on the Valor was the most relaxing and enjoyable part of my cruise, and I truely thank you for that.
